Twas the Night Before Christmas..

Twas the night before Christmas and all thru the house.. we all love the story of Christmas! It means allot of different things to families and of course we celebrate the birth of Jesus.. the reason for the season! I have always loved Christmas since I was a small boy. I enjoy the decorations, the Christmas tree, the packages, giving gifts, the food, the music, all the lights, Santa Claus, the TV shows and cartoons. OK you get it I love the season! Hopefully we have created that same love for Christmas in my children who are now adults and married. No grandkids yet but we do have two wonderful bonus kids! All that being said the best thing of the season for me is friends and family. This is a wonderful season for Darlene and I with both of our children living in Frisco. It is truly a blessing to have family members that actually want to spend time with you. It is our heaven on earth!! We create special moments thru the holiday season from Christmas musicals, Christmas light tours, and other special events like going to the movie on Christmas day since my kids were little, This is what makes this time of year special. Being intentional, making memories and spending time together. I encourage you to make it special, take time with your family and friends. We only have one life, one chance to make memories.
