Fathers Day reflections...
Thought for Father's Day: There is not greater joy or pain in life when it comes to dealing with your children! I can tell you that the last almost 30 years of loving, leading, raising, celebrating and disciplining my children have been the single greatest thing I have done in my life. The joy of spending time with them, celebrating their life wins, leading through life's challenges and leading them to Christ is truly what being a Father is all about. I think it is the only thing that gives us a picture of what God must feel about us. We are his children and made in his image, just like our kids our in our image. So cool to know that we are like God in this way. My children and now bonus children #winning provide me joy and fulfillment in life. Brittany Lashua who is our #sunshine brings joy to everyone. My new son Josh Lashua is what every father wants. A man of integrity who deeply loves your daughter and treats her like a princess!! Garrett Unclebach who is everything I could have hoped in a son! He has honored our family serving the country at the highest level and is a man who is full of honor & respect. He has found his life mate Lindsey Unclebach who brings him fun, an amazing smile and lots of laughter!! There is no person on earth that is more perfect for him. #sprinkles I am blessed beyond measure and have received the Favor of God in my children! Lastly and most importantly there would be no children without the most amazing woman on the planet! Darlene Unclebach She has brought me joy beyond measure for 33 years and exemplified a Godly woman who sacrificed many years loving, instructing and leading our children. The sum of who are kids are today is based on the foundation of those early years. #supermom The bottom line is being a #FATHER is great when you laid the ground work for your children to succeed. Thank you Lord for our amazing family and the joys I have had as a Father because of this blessing!!
